Legacy, family, power, territory, expansion, sophistication, luxury, union
Conscious ambition, a way of life
The ESTATE
The TERRITORY
MAGNIFICENT. CLASSIC. MAJESTIC.
A space without limits, where horizons are undefined because they don’t need to be.
This is where ideas breathe, and grounded ambition finds its footing. Nature invites us back to purpose, to the reasons we chose a life of entrepreneurship and self-expression.
Vast, open, limitless—the land speaks to our dreams, offering both peace and the thrill of boundless possibility.
Nature grounds us in this expansive, boundary-free realm where ideas aren’t bound to screens but shaped by fresh air and raw inspiration. Out here, in this stretch of endless green, where the land stretches beyond sight and the beauty is vast enough to lose yourself in, you remember—life is meant to be lived with no restrictions, in the fullness of your most expansive self.
The MANSION
DECADENT. ARISTOCRATIC. MYSTERIOUS
A place for those who refuse to fit in one box.
The Mansion mirrors the multifaceted nature of those who inhabit it—a space for work, relaxation, family, and creativity, each room crafted with intention and filled with character.
Multipotentiality lives here. Each room tells a story of purpose, filled with rich textures, warm light, and just enough charm to make even a skeptic feel at home. Step inside, and it’s more than just a space; it’s an experience of excellence, where every detail is intentional. Bonds are created, stories are shared, and every step inside draws you closer to the “exclusive circle”—not a place, but a feeling. This mansion isn’t for the timid; it’s for those unafraid to fill every corner with their presence.
You can feel an aura, almost intimidating, you can feel the space has character, personality infused in every corner and the walls speak in silence making you feel nothing but extraordinary just to be there.
It is all about the details, the experience and the art of gift giving and grand gestures to feel deservingly celebrated.
The EQUESTRIAN Heritage
CAPTIVATING. VIBRANT. EXPANSIVE
Vulnerability alongside grit, striving to be our best without stepping on others.
Horses have always been part of the journey—a symbol of ambition with discipline, strength with grace.
This equestrian spirit is woven into the very essence of 12Grapes—from my admiration for brands like Hermès, Ralph Lauren or Holland Cooper, to the disciplined ambition that drives me.
This is where elegance meets grit, where vulnerability coexists with boldness, and where competition is about becoming our best selves, not overshadowing others.
I used to wake up and open my bedroom windows to my horses in my own home. I started riding horses when I was 5 and I continued all the way into my twenties even on classical dressage national competition.
But this isn’t about mere nostalgia; it’s about embodying the lessons of resilience and respect learned from an early age. Weekends for me were training and competition, and the responsibility of representing a team and to be on top of an animal that weights 800 Kilos shouldn’t be taken lightly. The values of team work, failure and success, healthy competition, respect and bonds even across species.
The VINEYARD
EARTHY. RICH. ARTISANAL
And with each toast and sip of wine, let’s never forget where we come from.
Spanish roots run deep in this vineyard, grounded in the soil of tradition. This isn’t just a nod to heritage; it’s a piece of home away from home, a space created from miles away that still connects to its origins.
The vineyard is a tribute to everything I am —a connection to my culture and family. It’s a reminder of the pride of identity inside and out of the boardroom.
And it’s from this legacy that 12Grapes was born, named after the midnight grapes we eat on New Year’s Eve for luck—a tradition honoring both past and future.
I’m committed to individuality, free expression, and communication that reflects dignity and connection. As an immigrant, my hope is that 12Grapes becomes a refuge, a multicultural space for diverse communities, a place where culture thrives in unity.
The Irreverent Aristocrat
SOPHISTICATED. LUXURIOUS. YET COZY
Sophistication with wit, sarcasm, and a hint of rebellion.
Avant-garde communication, timeless with a twist, heritage meets disruption. Call it whatever you want. It is the blend of tradition and vanguardism. Direct communication, in a classic world. It is unapologetic and irresistibly authentic.
This concept in communication but also in aesthetics was born out of need. I couldn’t find it anywhere else, so I created it. I am in the marketing industry, I know, but I refuse to use all of those flashy colors and be super “modern” neon graphics and all of that. Gosh, the merchandise for marketers is always red or yellow…like, why??
I like what I like. And aesthetics were undoubtedly important to me. But at the same time, I didn’t want to embody the conservative tone of those brands either…
I wanted the best of both worlds, like Hannah Montana.
So I did exactly that. An aesthetic Old Money, British Heritage brand with an unexpected communication. I know, you might feel like I’m doing the worst remix ever. But this is “it” to me - a way to build my own strategic & authentic brand without renouncing any of my traits.
At 12Grapes, sophistication meets irreverence. Think elegance but with wit, refinement with a dash of sarcasm, diplomacy with the courage to be direct. I approach every conversation with respect, but I’m not afraid to defend my stance.
The Duchess
ELEGANT. COMMITTED. CONSISTENT
She is a woman of many facets, balancing power with vulnerability, elegance with authenticity.
She fights not just for her own voice but for the voices of others, creating a safe and empowering environment for women. Humanity is at the core of her work, because what you are, you share with those you serve.
A woman who refuses to be just one thing, a woman who does not give up any part of herself and integrates them with coherence, a woman who fights for the balance between power and vulnerability.
She’s bold and vulnerable, elegant and authentic. Chronic pain doesn’t define her, but it fuels her commitment to self-care and her mission to create a space for women to thrive. She is on a mission against hustle culture and to prove that there IS another way to reach success. There is absolutely a different way to do things and there’s always room to stop and ask yourself: is this working for ME?
The woman behind embodies a life-first business where she creates systems to work for her and her circumstances and not the other way around.
Feminism here isn’t a slogan; it’s sisterhood, honesty, and a dedication to rising and celebrating other women, especially in business.
She believes in creating brands that are real, coherent, and honest. And that honesty and coherence is part of everything she touches, including sales.
The Woman Behind the Brand
MEET THE CEO
Patricia Gómez Peláez.
My name is Patricia and I love Christmas. First things first, I thought you should know that about me. (Fav movie is The Holiday - for the plot ;) )
I’m a highly sensitive person, really empathetic and sometimes an oversharer. I’ll blame my Enneagram 4 for that.
So if you have big feelings, have been called “too much” or “intense”: welcome to the club. Here we don’t say sorry for that, eh?
I am a Projector in Human Design, you can expect that guide energy and insight around here.
Taurus is my Zodiac sign, I’m 5’2 and I refuse to tolerate lactose (see, it’s an attitude)
In case those things matter, who knows.
I also suffer from IBS & a possible Adenomyosis, so chronic illness advocacy is a part of my personality too.
But let’s start from the beginning:
I MOVED BY MYSELF, ALONE AND IN THE MIDDLE OF A PANDEMIC TO THE OTHER SIDE OF THE WORLD - just to step out of my comfort zone and take on a job opportunity.
It was supposed to be just a one year contract but I ended up trading sunny Spain for Canada.
Why? Well, I fell in love with a Winnipeger and phoned my parents saying I was not coming back home - “but daddy I love him” haha - sorry Dad.
So now I'm living in Winnipeg, the type of love story that Taylor Swift will write about some day.
Yeah, I traded Madrid for Winterpeg, add that to things I did for love.
Anyway, I started my life from zero and after 2 years working for corporate, I started a business called 12Grapes Communication.
Why? Well, easy:
My family is still in Spain, so I need freedom and ownership of my schedule and my opportunities to travel and go see them. And a miserable 7 days from corporate didn’t cut it. It’s always about the lifestyle we want to build out of it, right? Hope you’re not here just for the money.
I collapsed on the floor of the office and ended up in the ER several times because “some” corporate environments aren’t still as understanding as it seems with what it means “being different” or having a chronic illness. So this is the perfect job for me to advocate for myself and my wellbeing, to work when I can and to rest when I need to, without further explanations to anyone but me.
I dreamed about it 780 times, so I had to. No, seriously, I think this is not for everyone. It is f*cking hard and one of the most demanding learning experiences I have ever had. Being a solopreneur is the most complete advanced pace course on self development to say the least. But this life chose me, I didn’t choose it. I’ve always, always, wanted to do this. So this is for little Patricia.
As I told you, I’m here to help you build a messaging strategy that makes selling easy and natural, so you can step confidently into your role as a business owner and make the mula without killing the fun (or yourself) in the process
But…I suspect that If you are here you might be curious so I guess I’ll write the serious titles too, so here you go:
I have a double degree in International Relations + Protocol, Events organization and Corporate Communications. I know, a long intimidating name, that's why I chose it.
I also have an MBA, and several courses in Social Media Management, TikTok Strategy, Email Copywriting and a certification as a Copywriter.
I have also participated in StartUp hackathons in Google Campus as well as Models of the United Nations (MUN) organized by Harvard in Italy.
Thanks to my International degree and background I have experience with NGOs, diplomacy, international affairs and negotiation, press conferences, interculturality, security and defence, human rights and many other cool things. The other degree gave me skills in cold pitch, script writing, public speech, corporate world, events...again, lots of cool stuff.
I have worked for multinationals like Repsol leading the corporate communications & wellbeing department. But If I’m honest, my best life started a year ago when I started 12Grapes in 2023 (laughs in business owner humor).
Aaaand some fun but very true facts about me to end: I'm a late millennial obsessed with all references from Gilmore Girls, Vampire Diaries, High School Musical and Grey's Anatomy.
It is what it is, We're All In This Together!
With love&laugh,
